She's Gettin Up There...

Nina now weighs in at just over 9 pounds! Her new activity is staring - at the bumper in her crib, at the blinds in the living room, or just generally into space. We wonder what she's thinking about. She has a much easier time looking around in general because her neck muscles are getting stronger. In this picture, you see Nina's reaction after she was told what her Halloween costume will be this year.

Five Weeks And Counting...

Nina is getting very expressive during her playtime. She is able to turn her head and track toys from side to side pretty well. Coming soon...smiling???

There's a Chill in the Air...

What better way to celebrate fall in New England than a nice visit to the pumpkin farm?? After changing into her pumpkin outfit (much to her chagrin) Nina and Mom settle down to a nice book...



And all bundled up -- 58 degrees is cold for a baby -- we had plenty of nice ones to choose from. Nina got a nice visit from Grandma & Grandpa too!



And Monday is the big 1 month birthday!!

My First Dress

Nina is starting to get the hang of holding her head up - at least for a few seconds or so. Her favorite activities (other than eating, sleeping & crying, of course) are: staring at herself in the mirror, kicking her legs during tummy time, and posing for pictures like this one. This is her special outfit for a visit from Grandma & Grandpa.
